A matching vehicle name is only a starting point. Check the identifiers below against the file and module.

No. Confirm the complete part number, hardware and software revision. A filename or vehicle match by itself is insufficient.

Is this a software licence?

No. Package C is a data reference collection. Airbag V01 is the separate Software 8 development preview.
