Website and enquiries

Pengs Data Repair provides technical reference information, software descriptions and digital training materials. The website currently supports enquiries; it does not operate an online checkout. Product availability, seller details, total price, applicable charges, payment arrangements and delivery terms must be confirmed before an order is agreed.

Professional and authorised use

Use the software and reference materials for authorised diagnostics, repair, instrument replacement, training and data recovery, in accordance with applicable law. Do not use them for fraud, misrepresentation of a vehicle history, unauthorised access or infringement of another person's rights.

Reference information and compatibility

The vehicle database combines programming-device support references. A result does not establish compatibility with a Pengs Data Repair software product. Verify the exact vehicle, year, module, chip and software version before purchase or use.

Blog articles, pinouts and lessons may describe specific examples. They do not guarantee an identical result for a different module. Preserve original data and verify the reference against the hardware before performing work.

Software activation and PC changes

Software activation is issued for the PC code you submit after installing the software. Choose the intended computer and operating system before requesting an activation key.

Licence transfers and reactivation support are not provided after changing computers or reinstalling the operating system. This restriction must be considered before purchase and does not exclude rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

The activation restriction applies to software supplied with PC-bound activation. It does not by itself restrict ordinary viewing of course videos or documents. Confirm any separate requirements of a learning tool included with a package.

One-time purchases and updates

Software 1 (Datarepair V02) is a one-time purchase with permanent V02 use and no annual fee, subject to its PC activation conditions. V02 has received its final update. Upgrading to V03 requires paying the price difference; continued V02 use does not require an upgrade.

Software 2–7, Software 9–12 and Packages 1–3 are one-time purchases with no annual subscription fee. Continued use and subsequent updates for these purchased products are free, subject to the applicable activation and use conditions. This does not promise that separate products are included.

Software 8 (Airbag V01) remains a development preview and is not currently offered for sale. Terms for future products must be confirmed before ordering. We do not promise universal vehicle coverage, updates on a fixed schedule, or compatibility with every future operating-system version.

Delivery, refunds and complaints

Files are delivered through a MEGA link. Software activation additionally requires the customer's PC code and the corresponding activation key. Review Delivery & Refunds before ordering.

Refund restrictions do not remove mandatory legal rights relating to non-delivery, defective content or material misdescription. For any delivery or activation problem, contact support@pengdatarepair.com with the order and product details.

Permitted use and intellectual property

Use purchased software and materials only within the licence and the scope disclosed before purchase. Do not resell, redistribute, publish activation keys, share customer-specific access links or bypass licensing without permission. Mandatory statutory exceptions remain unaffected.

Vehicle and device names identify applications or references. Unless expressly stated, no manufacturer sponsorship, endorsement or partnership is claimed.

Responsibility and statutory rights

You are responsible for checking the application and carrying out authorised work competently. We do not promise that every third-party reference is complete or error-free.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits an express commitment made as part of your order. Where mandatory consumer rules apply, those rules take priority over an inconsistent restriction.

Contact and changes

Contact support@pengdatarepair.com about these terms or a complaint. Applicable order terms should be supplied in a form you can retain. Later website changes do not automatically rewrite an existing order agreement.
